WHAT ARE THE RISKS OF EATING RAW FISH OR SEAFOOD?
In Los Arcos restaurant we care about our product´s quality by paying special attention to their selection and handling. However, FDA considers that people with foodborne illness risk are: infants, pregnant women, elderly people, people taking certain medications (antibiotics and immunosuppresants), people who are ill (those who recently had major surgery, are organ-transplant recipients, or who have pre-existing illnesses). That is why consuming raw or uncooked seafood may increase your risk of food-borne illness.
CAN I PLACE A TO GO ORDER?
All our restaurants have to go service. You can call and place your order in the nearest restaurant, and ask for any dish in the menu or if you prefer you can order at the restaurant.
CAN I HAVE MY BUSINESS MEETING AT THE RESTAURANT?
Sure you can. All our restaurants have wireless internet, in some locations we have special rooms so you can have your host your meetings. We will do everything possible to ensure a successful meeting for you and your staff. To provide a great service it is important that you inform you needs in advance.
CAN YOU ADAPT TO MY DIET?
If you have a special diet or have any food allergies make sure to notify your waiter when you order. We will do our best to accommodate your needs in our dishes.
WHERE CAN I FIND A RESTAURANT’S TELEPHONE NUMBER?
You can go to “locations” and there you will find all the information that you need: address, telephone number, open hours and the different amenities each of them have.
DO YOU HAVE A KIDS MENU?
Children are welcome in our restaurant, that is why we have created a “fun and healthy” menu for them.
DO YOU CATER?
The majority of our restaurants have a place to serve banquets. If you desire to have any banquet or event outside our locations, you can call and ask for dates, availability and quotes number of persons.
DO YOU DELIVER?
At the moment, only our restaurants in Guadalajara (Lázaro Cardenas and Acueducto) and Monterrey (Morones and Garza Sada), CDMX (San Jeronimo and Insurgentes) and Estado de México (Satélite and Toluca) have this service.
The rest of the restaurants have “to go” service and delivery by app Uber Eats and Rappi.

To make a reservation you go to “reservations” and make sure to fill in the blanks correctly. If you prefer, you can call directly to the location you plan on assisting.
